MASTERING DINNER WITH MEISTERDISH!
Hi friends!
We’re big foodies in my household, and I’m lucky to have kids that enjoy fresh and healthy meals. But as a mother of three trying to balance work and family life it can be a challenge to make it to the grocery store and into the kitchen all before dinner time. Enter Meisterdish – my personal food shopper and prep cook! This company makes preparing healthy meals for my entire family such a breeze. I order their service at least once a week to get a break from the long cooking process, and I honestly look forward to their menu each time. They have options I love – and these are dinners I feel good about serving to my kids. So far, I’ve made strawberry mango salad, oven roasted eggplant, fettuccine alla norma and whole branzino. The food tastes like its coming out of a restaurant but it’s all made from ingredients I cooked in my kitchen (sometimes in my pjs, with the kids as my sous chefs!). Everything is seasonal, fresh for summer and so tasty. Noam and I loved the fish, and the kids were excited about the mango salad and the fettucine we made earlier in the week with eggplant, burrata and cherry tomatoes. Here’s how it works…
Meisterdish sources fresh ingredients (all non-processed, organic, local and seasonal) and washes, chops and portions everything out so all I have to do is follow an easy recipe – and nothing ever takes more than 10 minutes! Everything arrives in a neat little box with each ingredient ready to be used once removed from its packaging. When getting home after a long day of meetings and chasing around the kids this service is a complete lifesaver – and it’s so easy the kids even jumped into the kitchen to help me! They absolutely loved it, it’s the perfect cooking activity for your little ones since no knives need to be used and everything is pre-cut and ready-to-go. We also got a chocolate chip cookie dough that we put into the oven for a delicious dessert
The meal kits are delivered within the hour to moms in Manhattan so a healthy home-cooked meal is just a few clicks away. They also have a storefront on 218 E 81st for pick-up orders if you live or work in the area.
I’ve also been thinking about using their service for upcoming dinner parties at our apartment – the food is so good and fresh it’s such an impressive summer entertaining piece with so little effort. And you can take all the credit since you’re technically the head chef ;) Anyone stressing over Memorial Day weekend BBQs should seriously give this a try. Meisterdish is curating a special menu for the holiday weekend that you can pre-order and it looks delicious. Best of all, you can use my code for 50% off your first order when you use the invite code GIRLPLUS2.
Excited to hear all of your thoughts on Meisterdish – hope you love it as much as I do! Bon appetit!
